My wonderful friend Connie turned fifty-five this year and
we planned to celebrate it together (with our husbands) in New York City. I knew I was really looking forward to seeing
Connie and Addison; but I didn’t realize how much until I saw their faces in
the Newark, NJ airport (and when they left a week later!). It was so nice to be with friends who have
known us forever and reminded me how much I miss all of you. If any of you are interested in the places
we’re headed to, we would love to meet up with you and spend some time with
friends from “home”.
